Refund Policy
We want every guest to have a great experience. If something isn't right, here's how we make it right.

01.Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled free of charge before the kitchen begins preparation. Once preparation has started, cancellations may not be possible. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel.
02.Incorrect or Missing Items
If your order is missing an item or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery. We will offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund for the affected item.
03.Quality Concerns
If you are not satisfied with the quality of your meal, let us know within 24 hours. We may ask for a photo or details about the issue so we can investigate and offer an appropriate resolution.
04.Reservation Deposits
For special bookings that require a deposit, deposits are refundable if cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the reservation time. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the deposit.
05.Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
06.Non-Refundable Items
Gift cards, promotional credits, and items consumed in full are generally non-refundable except as required by law.
